Overall, this game is quite well made. I like this game a lot so much so I speedran it.

Visuals:

Good, fits well with the overall theme of the game

Music and sound:

Background music choice is good, does not distracting yet creates a suitable atmosphere for the game.

In terms of sound, if I were to nitpick, the enemy gun sounds lacks a certain impact and sounds hollow.

Level Design:

Overall very well made, with multiple paths created for players to choose.

But, there are quite a bit of problems that could be polished and improved on.

Problems:

From what i can tell there are 2 types of platforms, one which players can wall climb and wall run off, typically shaped like a cube/cuboid , another just for players to stand/walk on, typically the shape of a flat cuboid.

The first problem is the flat platform is especially problematic, because players cannot directly interact with it, its problems becomes more transparent. When transitioning from another flat platform to another, I often found that I will be literally stuck in front of it until I let go of the 'W' button. In the wall climbing section, when wall climbing from platform to platform, it is very easy to get stuck in between the wall and the flat platform.

The second problem that can be seen in my video (0:58) is that when vaulting from that position, it often overshoots, and the player falls into the lava. In my video, you can notice that I have to hold 'S' button to stop falling into it.

The third problem is the level with the 2 robots at the center of the room, the right route is more open to fire and does not feel like it is any faster compared to the right route. Thus, the left route will always be picked over the right route.

Next is wall climbing, from my personal play testing, the wall climbing have some kind of limitation (not sure is duration/distance), I think that it should be shown to the player in some way, as it cannot be reused unless the player stands on the ground again, when starting the game, a lot of deaths is due to not understanding how wall climbing works. Another thing with wall climbing, is the player have to face the wall to climb, obstructing the player's view, maybe this can be changed to when player climb the wall when facing upwards. (but I'm not too sure if this is the best)

This problems also leads to the instructions menu, I wished it could be easily accessed from the pause menu. When starting the game, I thought I had to face upwards to climb walls, leading to many deaths and leaving me quite confused, after many playthroughs, I took a look at the instructions menu again, then finally understand how to use wall climb. Therefore, it would be nice to make it accessible as I personally think the wall climb is not intuitive enough for players.

Next is the robot enemies, I think it would be nice to have some kind of attack indication from the robot enemies. Many deaths have occurred because of what feels like stray bullets, giving the player no time to react against it, and instantly dying.

Next is the Blade weapon. I think the weapon is quite dull compared to the level design of the game. I think the game did not give me a reason to care about the blade after finding out I could ignore all enemies. The block mechanic feels more like a parry, and feels quite clunking to use. I think it would be nice if the blade have some kind of attack that allows players to move even faster through the move, giving more variety to gameplay.

Next is cutscenes, if any improvements that must be made, then please give players ways to skip starting cutscene and boss cutscene. As I have to restart the run entirely most of the time, I have to rewatch both cutscenes many times, as this game focuses on movement and speed, the cutscenes really kills the momentum of the game.

Next is the back to main menu problem. Most of the time if I die and have to reset then I will go back to the main menu, and press start again. Sometimes, this would make the player unable to control the mouse anymore during the game, the telltale sign of this happening is the mouse cursor can be seen during the starting cutscene.

Finally, the boss. After my friends found out if you just faced the boss, it would not attack you, and because the back door is open, players would just face the camera to the boss, while moving across the level towards the exit and ending the game. Later on, I discovered that if you just slide your way through the boss level, the boss does not do enough damage to the player to matter, which I think is quite funny as the robot enemies is somehow stronger than the boss itself. After making this discovery, the boss level becomes a literal walk in the  park.

Overall, I think this game have potential and easily the most fun I have for quite a well. I would definitely keep a lookout for any new updates to this game or new games from you.
